Troubleshooting the webcast using a Mac

Click on the Listen button. A Live365 window will open.

When you click the green triangular "play" button, you will download a file named "play.pls" to your computer. (If you've done this before, the name may have a number in it.) If you're using Firefox, iTunes will automatically launch and start playing the file.

Using Safari or Camino, find this file in your Downloads palette, double-click it, and it will open in iTunes. Then you can re-name the file "RadioBoise" so that it's easier to locate, and the next time you want to listen to the webcast, go directly to iTunes and double-click on the RadioBoise track.
