Troubleshooting the webcast

If you have tried listening to RadioBoise's webcast without success, keep reading for help. We are working with Live365 to improve accessibility for our listeners. In the meantime, it appears that whatever problems listeners are having with software compatibility, installing iTunes always provides an adequate solution.

If the suggestions we provide below do not work for you, please email us with details about your system and browser versions and describe what steps did not work for you. If you have a configuration not listed below and are able to listen (in some non-straightforward manner), we'd appreciate you email ing us instructions to share with others. This will help us to develop workarounds for other listeners so that everyone can listen to our great programming!
